Sri Sri Univeristy from a student's POV

The course curriculum for applied arts is very apt according to its relevance and market needs in the current times. With constant new additions to the subjects, the course is a fun learning experience. The exam schedule is pretty well thought of giving us enough time to prepare and for a practical subject like applied arts it is designed in a way that you feel you are in the real life world working for professionals.

Internship programs are conducted in the summer break for students. During the last year of every course, placement cells are active where different companies come to recruit employees and average of 6lpa jobs are offered to students.

The tuition fees for one semester of applied arts is ?60,000 with additional ?8,500 annual fees taken on odd semester (starting of a new year). The hostel fees for one semester (3 sharing room, non ac) is ?30,100. So the overall fees is around ?7,50,000 plus additional 50,000 for art supplies College provides for internship programs during summer break and the placement cell is active giving placements to everyone on the average of 6/7 LPA

The campus life is very happening with the Orion fest happening every year, Collympics (inter and intra college ollympics) . All the fest are student led so involvement of all the students fosters friendships and vital soft skills. There are various student led clubs like cine club, photograohy club, fine arts club, self club and many more. The activites of all the clubs keep the campus lively.

There are various hostel facilities available like 3 sharing A/c rooms, non A/c rooms, 2 sharing A/c rooms, non A/c rooms, single rooms and 4 sharing rooms. The fees structure of all these is optimal only. Students can opt for mess if they want to which provides breakfast lunch and dinner everyday. And there are accomodation options available outside camphs also, like flats in the nearby area like govindpur, metro society, godisahi.

The eligibilty of BFA is 12th pass from any stream with min. Of 55% marks. The student needs to give SSU-CET and once that is cleared an interview is conducted. The faculty of all the departments are qualified. Nature wise all are humble and polite when we talk to them even tho from different departments. All the students are given enough attention and priority by the professors and made sure no student is left behind. Overall, they are very fruendly and teach efficiently.
