Remarks

I don't have any bad remarks about my college. I hope you won't have bad remarks after getting graduated from my college.

Placement Experience

The placements are well over here. The various companies come with great job offers for us. The companies come with good packages for the students to join in. Every year, the maximum of the pupils are recruited by the companies with good packages.

College Events

The college conducts various events like college day, cultural, sports meet, sports day, KCG bazaar day which is the cherry on top of it, hostel day, Christmas celebration, associates club days, engineers day, alumni day and various national and international conferences in the required fields are conducted

Campus Life

Campus life in our college is a most memorable one, the campus is provided with the full greenish atmosphere.since the college is the part of Hindustan university so most of the other state students are more so it will be helpful to understand others mentality and various form of culture.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes senior students are very much helpful in and out the college and even the college provides the annual alumni meet and it will be helpful because those alumni students come and share their real-time engineer experience with the real world it will be very much helpful for the pursuing students

Admission

I went into this college by management quota. students can also join by a general quota that is on merit basis. I opted this college because it is one of the top ranking college affiliated to Anna University. The eligibility criteria are to pass 12th(HSC) exam with above 60% of marks or to complete a diploma degree. No entrance exams are conducted, either you can get through anna university counseling or Management Quota The cutoff for my course varies from 150-175 depending upon Caste.

Faculty

Faculty in our college are so good in understanding our mentality and provide information according to that, they will also be friendly with each and every student and try to solve their problems in understanding concepts in studies and various other fields. In everyday class, they come up with new concepts and for mechanical stuff, they will provide proper information regarding that and try to solve the doubts arises for the students.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.

I am a sports personso i got offer in the sports quota so I went for selection trails and I got selected and chose this clg ,In all over tamilnadu in aeronautical engineering our clg places 23 rank so I chose this clg and went for admission.
