Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is carefully designed to reflect the latest trends and advancements in architecture while also providing a solid foundation in fundamental principles. From architectural theory to technical skills, every aspect of the curriculum is thoughtfully structured to enure that students graduate with a well- rounded understanding of the course.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In our college they provide internship opportunities in famous firms like Studio Symbiosis, BIOME Environmental Solutions, TRANSFORM ARCHITECTS, Starchitect , Self employed & royal constructions pvt lmtd and so on with good stipends.

Placement Experience

During the completion of 5th year, the placements will happen through college, many of our seniors have got placements in Abroad, the package of the placements is average 3L to 4L. Our faculties helps in internships to get in firms with good stipends.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure was the same for 5 years. Scholarships are there according to the caste. Fee can vary depending on factors such as the program of study and any additional costs for materials, equipment or field trips.

Campus Life

In our college we students conduct SANZETRA Symposium event every year which incorporates number of workshops, design competitions, seminars, cultural programs and so on. Every Thursday we have Club Activities with creative activities and funtimes. We have many case studies every year with North India , south India trip.

Hostel Facilities

The mess food is very nice like a home food, the hostel has very good ventilation with courtyards, each room has an attached toilet facilities, drafting facilities, friendly warden, room is provided with tables ,chairs and cupboards. The complaints of rooms are taken into consideration and take immidiate actions

Hostel Fee: INR 83000 per year

Admission

We don't have any entrance exams during the admission process, based on the cut off of 12th and NATA results , the admissions happened through counselling process and we can enter through management also.

Placement Experience:

The placements in our campus for B Tech students in definitely top 5 in this country. Salaries averagin at 20 lpa has been the standard for the past few years. The placements for architecture are a little glim, but I guess that's the case everywhere

Architecture amidst serene greenery

Course Curriculum Overview:

The duration of the course is 5 years with 10 semesters in total. I think this is good period of time to learn architecture. Each semester has five theory subjects and one design subject. The design subject deals with designing buildings with given brief without any plagiagrism. The other five theory subjects are quite easy other than the subjects that involves maths, which requires practice and learning. all the nine semesters are quite conceptualized, whereas the internship semester gives an idea on how the real world of architecture industry works. Though the syllabus is old all over india, it might be for betterent if the practical learning is involved in all semesters.

ONE OF THE BEST CAMPUS AMONGST ALL NITs. NIT TRICHY.

Placement Experience:

Placement happens in the fourth year before the final semester. Multiple companies offers jobs like Google, Amazon, Instagram etc. Average salary package is around 50LPA 95 percent of students get placed in average There is no campus placement for architecture.
