Likes

The experience is quite good. The campus is good.
The college fest is outstanding with a number of events.
The labs are well equipped with cooperation of lab assistant.

Dislikes

The course is outdated as compared to current date.
The timings of the college is not well managed
The pressure of assignments and projects are high

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the institute is quite good as per educational purposes. But I find it a bit out dated compared to other colleges. Every semester exams are conducted. Two mid terms are conducted in span of 4-5 months.

Class Size: 255Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees and hostel fees are taken differently. The fees are not high compared to other colleges . The course fees is 90000 and the hostel fees is 95000. Scholarship are available for TFWS students upto 80-90%.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is good with enough classrooms to accommodate all students along with well equipped labs. The technical fest of the collegee is "Renaissance" which is a 3 day event. A number of events take place during the fest.

Hostel Facilities

The quality of mess food is ok. Though the mess items are different everyday. Four meals are provided throughout the day breakfast, lunch , snacks and dinner. I am a hosteller . The registration is done at the time of reap counselling itself.

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Admission

The course of 4 years of length. The admission is done through reap counselling. All of the details of the admission and fees will thus be available on the reap official website. The exams are conducted every semester. 2 Mid Terms and 1 End term will be conducted every semester.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for placement opportunities in on campus placement. The companies like vedanta,Infosys,TCS ,ATA Steel,etc.visited my college. The highest placement in my branch in previous year is about 12.5 LPA,and the average package in my branch is 6.5 LPA .approx 70-80 percent students are placed in my branch in on campus placement.

Good college, good life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

Admission:

Remarks:

The college is strict about it's attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance. And taking about the studies there is a very studios environment in the college and the labs. The Students here not just focus on academics they also do some good extra activities.

Honest Breakdown of JECRC College

I had given my JEE mains but didn't score enough to get a NIT or Qualify for JEE Advance. I then applied to various private institutes like UPES, Manipal, SRM, VIT. I got selected for all these institute but then realized that after the fees, calculating the approx cost of living there and all the expenses it wasn't suitable to pay that much money. I then filled REAP form which is for all the colleges in Rajasthan which are affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University. I have filled colleges like SKIT, JECRC, Arya, and more. After I got my ranks according to JEE scores I was allotted JECRC ECE branch. I could've applied for an upward moment and easily would've gotten SKIT cs branch. But I chose JECRC over SKIT as: 1.JECRC has better coding culture. 2. JECRC has better startup culture. 3. The fest and the cultural societies of JECRC are far better than SKIT 4.
