The canteen facilities and the rate of the food in the canteen.
The syllabus of the college and the well qualified teachers
The placement opportunities and the training and placement cell for placement training

Dislikes

The attendance strictness where the attendance is mandatory atleast 75%
The uniform system is bit looking like school students
The proper sports facilities should also be modified

The syllabus is very good as it do contains Soft skill classes and subjects like Programming fpr problem solving and Communication Skills and Human values along with basic common first year subjects like physics, chemistry, mechanical, civil and electrical.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 102000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarships programme fpr boys as well as girls according to their capabilities and the fees of college is 102000 Lac per year including all the charges.The college provide funds to the students for start ups.

Campus Life

There are many clubs like singing, dancing, National Service Scheme, and many more and the students do participate in the clubs for their participation in the events of the college.The classroom are provided with proper cameras and ventilation.

Admission

The admission was taken through Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) where the merit was taken through JEE Mains percentile and the different different colleges were having different JEE criteria for admission.

For the 6th and 7th semester students becom elegible for placement and infosis and other companies visit highest package is 9lpa and lowest is about 2.5 lpa and avg package is about 3 to 4 lpa in last year there were no placements my plan after degree is to find govt job

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for placement opportunities in on campus placement. The companies like vedanta,Infosys,TCS ,ATA Steel,etc.visited my college. The highest placement in my branch in previous year is about 12.5 LPA,and the average package in my branch is 6.5 LPA .approx 70-80 percent students are placed in my branch in on campus placement.

Good college, good life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

Admission:

Through AIEEE or RPET or through management quota. One can just apply through the college portal and submit there Aieee marks. Though RPET is a preferred mode of entrance to any college in RTU. Management quota is also there for well off candidates and lesser marks

Remarks:

The college is strict about it's attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance. And taking about the studies there is a very studios environment in the college and the labs. The Students here not just focus on academics they also do some good extra activities.

My experience at SKIT College

I choose this college because this college us ranked no 1 in rajasthan for technical education. This is nirf ranked and RTU affiliated college but this college is become Autonomous. No i only applied for this college so I do not get any rejections from other colleges. Admission process is In jee you need to score more than 94 percentile to secured a Computer Science branch,there is also a management quota in that 5 lakh is given to college apart from college fees to get desired branch. I am only apply for this college as my first choice of reap counselling and my favourite branch computer science and engineering . And I got it in 1st round of counselling at 91.6 percentile. This is the best college ranked no.1 so I choice it and prefer it to my one position. I don't want to go in government college of Rajasthan so I choice it.
