My course added me with lots of confidence that i could excel myself in this field. There was no practical learning given by the institution. They always depends on the syllabus and no initiatives were taken to improve there knowledge and interest.

Internships Opportunities

No my college is not providing with any of the intenship activities. They are making us personally to do the intenship in the semester leave. No i don't remember of getting any stipend amount

Placement Experience

Its about 40% of the students are getting placed. The placement companies like Accenture, lanson and tubros, cognizant are visiting our camps. The average salary package ranges about1, 50,000 for a annum.

College Events

My campus is providing various cultural activities like orchestrum, mezuenso, and also many fests are also conducted. The average footfall is 20%. The organization is veru good and taking much care in it. The college authorities are contributing much as they could.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is affordable. The course fees is 45,000... But im paying about 65,000 for the features of extra curricular activities, book fees etc.,

Fees and Financial Aid

My college is providing scholarship for many students and also helps out students for availing various scholarship and loans. College is helping us to get loan by proving the bonafide and nothing more than that.

Hostel Facilities

My hostel experience is bad. The foods are not much good. Most important thing is the hostel room. It measures very small and comprises of about 4 members in a room. Hostel warden in like a ghost.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna

My personal interaction is not so good with the alumini. The college is providing with lots of platform for student alumini interaction with students. The contibution in the overall development of the college as well as the students.

Faculty

Well experienced and qualified faculties are teaching courses. Its very helpful for us to understand the subject. The professors are not very interactive. They are experienced but they dont have a friendly approach.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

The network connectivity in girls hostel is poor
The food at mess is average sometimes it is not taste
The practical labs are help at distance.

Placement Experience:

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

My College Tour

I applied to Chennai Institute of technology where the fee structure was enormously high. Ehere as the SRM valliammai has good infrastructure and also the fee was reasonable. No, i didn't get rejection from Chennai Institute of technology. But i got impressed when i went for visiting SRM valliammai as one of my college hunt. SRM valliammai offers both government quota and also admission directly to the college. I went through government quota. So to apply SRM on should be completed 12th grade with reasonable percentage. From fresher's day to Final year: A glimpse into SRM VEC

I got into Panimalar Engineering College via Counselling process, but decided not to go as the college was very strict and Underexposed. The travelling journey of other colleges was also a bit complicated as we must avail the college bus services as they are located in secluded places, where there are no other means of public transportation available.
