What Students Say?
Likes
- First thing I would say is the college infrastructure, the college is very eye catchy from the outside as well as inside.
- Most of the faculty are doctorates and carry industry real time experience which will enhance them to teach in real time business world scenarios.
Dislikes
- Lot of bias is clearly visible. It’s always the same set of students who are prioritised for the events or placements or any such things.
- There is no proper coordination among the staff, faculty and other employees of the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is well designed for the learning of real time business world. The main part of curriculum that attracted me to this college is its intensive and Comprehensive curriculum. There are always assignments, projects, presentations and exams which keeps us busy all the time, providing us insights and learnings.
Internships Opportunities
Arvind fashions ( Allen solly, etc) 28k stipend for sales and marketing intern. Acer laptops for data analyst intern. Ediglobe (16k stipend) for sales and marketing Techciti for sales and marketing Quesscorp for marketing and hr Grand Thornton for finance And many more companies for internship.
Placement Experience
Students get internships during the month of Feb and March in the 1st year of the summer internship program. Students have to do ITP in their second year and placements start around November for the second year students. We have well-reputed companies coming for campus placements like Deloitte, Mondelez, Kantar, Grand Thornton, Mu sigma, etc. Also, there are a number of startups which come for the campus drive. The highest package was 12Lpa for my super seniors batch and for the current seniors batch it's 8.5 lpa while the average is around 4-6 lpa. Around 120 students get placed out of 180 with the average being 60% of students getting placed. My plan after getting a degree is to get a good placement in the market research domain.
Fees and Financial Aid
As of now, college fees are around 9 lakhs excluding our Singapore trip coat(Student exchange program) while the fees for our seniors were 8.5 lakhs including the Singapore trip. College fees increase you is what I think. At the same time, the college also provides scholarships for students with good merit, work experience and other factors. Not many opportunities for students searching for in-house part-time but definitely can try for it.
Campus Life
Every student has to enroll in any of the clubs in the college. We have Lit and com, cultural. Entrepreneurship cell and CSR club. It is mandatory for the students to be a member of any of these. Every club conducts their events. We also have other events going around the college. We have our flagship event called buzibuzz which takes place in the month of March every year usually. We have other events like CIM, NHRD, etc.
Admission
Bachelors required for admission Need to contact the admissions department to gather all the information regarding the admissions There will be exams every month for a week. 1 week in a month goes for internals and 1 week for the end term in that next month. Can take any entrance exam into college and no such minimum marks or cut-off required for the entrance.
Interview Experience
There was 2 rounds of interview. 1st round was personal interview. It was online and interview was conducted for 20 mins. 2 interviewers 1 moderator and 1 candidate. Interview process was very simple and questions were on general topic and current affairs. Second round was telephonic interview which was just for formality I believe. Preparation for these rounds was easy as no technical questions were asked. It's all about current affairs.
