Course Curriculum Overview

2

Good one as its affiliated to luck ow university.and is directly under its control so no question about the degree being valid or not. It's not an industrially oriented course but good for academic purposes. Its lengthy as it contains 3 papers main course and 1 paper in each semester of elective

Internships Opportunities

No, it does not provide any placements you need get on your own as its dependent on the university for grants.

Placement Experience

1

Restricted you have to find your job on your own. Some certificate courses are also run but they are good for nothing. Finding the job in Modi era is like finding one piece of needle in the INDIAN OCEAN.but some teachers can help to provide placements that on the small scale

Campus Life

1.5

Campus life is free of ragging. Lab facility is good for science students. The normal debate is for every section. In Msc total 180 seats are there out of which about 95-100 are girls.PG is mostly female dominated as it is the case with 90% Lucknow university and college

Alumni/Alumna

They are helpful. They will provide proper notes help in interacting with teachers. They are a few famous alumni.

Exam Structure

Under university control total four semesters each semester having 4 paper each.practical is held separately for 200 marks in each semester. Generally, CREDIT BASED CHOICE SYSTEM IS FOLLOWED. Each paper consists of 70 marks theory and 30 marks internal assessment

Admission

Its direct merit based.Generally people with above 56% are considered but applying marks % is 45.It takes nearly two days to complete the admission process.Applocation is online.around 600 rupees form to be paid online.Once yourname appears in the merit list then you are eligible to pay fees.

Faculty

2

Mediocre some are good but others ordinary. As you are in India Uttar Pradesh you can expect this. But some teachers try to give individual attention to students. The lab is ok we are provided with equipment individually in a separate locker. Timely project work.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This is a postgraduate course so I took admitted to this course because I want to become a lecturer (Professor). So after doing this I want to pursue a doctorate degree. Teacher student ratio in this course is 1:60 In this college, there are both permanent faculty and guest faculty. Permanent faculty has better teaching skills than the guest faculty because the majority of them are students who pursue doctorate degrees under the guidance of this college's Professors. They generally lack experience. The teaching method is excellent for permanent faculty. Exams are held timely. One is held in the month of December and the other in May. There are four semesters in this course. The paper level is difficult. One needs a descriptive knowledge of the subject to score good marks in examinations. Previous year papers can provide a lot of help.
