Overall the college is very good in terms of the infrastructure, faculty, management, and curriculum. The only thing to concern about is the location of the college. It is a little far from the main Pune city.

Because this is the college where placement process of almost 200 companies takes place, and ISBS is the most well-architectured college of the famous Indira group in Pune. Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very well designed according to the skills required in the corporate life. Students are offered various specializations in MBA such as marketing, finance, hr and many more. Exams are conducted by the University of Pune. Internship of 2 months is mandatory in the curriculum. Overall the curriculum is best designed and gives the best exposure to the industry.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, the college provides internships. Various good companies such as DELLOITE, HDFC, ATLAS COPCO, THERMAX, eClerx, CUMMINS, etc hire students for summer as well as winter internship. The stipend ranges from 8000-18000 per month as per the policy of the company.
Placement Experience
Placements are very good at ISBS. One can surely expect a job till the end of the MBA. The average package offered is almost 5 lakhs per annum. The number of companies visiting is nearly 200. Some of the top recruiters are - HDFC bank ICICI bank eClerx Thermax Atlas Copco Amazon L&T Hyundai motors TATA motors BAJAJ alliance BAJAJ Fiserv TATA capital ADITYA BIRLA group.
College Events
1. Sports events - SPORTACUS, RanBhoomi This event consists of cricket, football, basketball, athletics The event is inter-college competition. 2. Induction programme This is at the start of the curriculum. It consists of funny games, mind games, interaction sessions, guest sessions 3. OMT programme - outdoor management training Students are taken at a hill station for tracking kind of stuff
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's feasible. For MBA programme it is almost 2 lakh per year. For PGDM it is almost 3-3.5 lakhs per year. Scholarships are provided as per the guidelines of the government. There are some scholarships provided by the college to the meritorious students and needy students.
Campus Life
Campus life is very cool. The ambiance is awesome. There are a sports ground and a basketball coat. Basketball is always open for playing. There are sports competitions as well as an annual festival where there are robot mechanics competition, traditional day, other various events
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are very good. It is safe for both boys and girls. There is an in-time of 9.30 pm for both boys and girls. Strict Security is provided at the gates. Mess facility is provided along with a hostel. Food quality is very good. Sweet dishes are provided daily.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very strong. The alumni even help students to get an internship with the current students. There is also alumni interaction on a regular basis which is very helpful.
Exam Structure
The exams are conducted by the University of Pune for MBA, and by the college itself for PGDM. There are internal exams for 4 semesters, and theory/external exams for 4 semesters. MBA exams are moderately difficult. The marking system is credit based i.e CGPA pattern.
Admission
I gave an entrance exam called “MAH-CET”, which is conducted by DTE,maharashtra for getting an admission in MBA colleges. The exam is generally conducted in the month of march or april, and the result is out within a month. Admission process starts in the month of July, and college starts from the month of August
Faculty
The faculty in ISBS is well experienced. Every faculty member has an experience of more than 10 years in the industry. Every faculty member is a Ph.D. holder. The teaching methodology is very simple and easily understood by the students. Apart from that, faculty members are very supportive and cooperative towards the students.
