The Green environment is really great that I like the most because it gives u lots of positive energy
Peer group is really good giving u the best possible competition.
Nice canteens all around the campus that is great thing

Dislikes

Lack of cultural fest is one thing that disappointed me the most
The campus is too small which restraines the higher faculties from letting students of different colleges to enter the campus
The classrooms are not too advance as compared to some really good colleges across the country

Course Curriculum Overview

If u would really ask about how would I rate the course structure and it's relevancy then I will rate it 8/10 because my course it biotech and it is a fantastic branch to persue your degree of b-tech with .Alll the faculties are highly qualified and have great experience,subject knowledge which helps students like as to do well in there academic as well as financial carrer.

Class Size: 57Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The intership opportunities are really -really pathetic u have to do all required things by your own when u will ask the college to help u u they are not able to do that because there is another college in Jalandhar called lpu companies prefer to go there instead of here

Placement Experience

The placements are pretty well although the avg package of biotech btech is 5 lakh if I will not be able to get a job then I will definitely dive into upsc or do my own because I don't want my self to stay stuck somewhere where I don't belong from

Fees and Financial Aid

The total tuition fee for NIT Jalandhar B. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is INR 5.00 Lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, there is a one time admission fees of - INR 5,000, and a hostel fee of amount INR 68,000 that students are required to pay in addition to the tuition fee.

Campus Life

It is really good I will not say the best but atleast average the clubs are very poor authorities in this college run by most of the seniors so I am not satisfied with the club related part of this college.

Admission

Actually I gave jee mains and qualified it with 94 percentile,the admission process was very very smooth without any hustle .Also I took some reservation benefits from GEN -EWS quota that helped me a lot into fees relaxation which was a great thing to happen with me being a normal middle class well to do family

As I am first year student I don't know about the company visited and no of offers made. Highest package is approx 1cr pra. Approx every branch of student is eligible for campus placement.average package is 100000 pra.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students can attend the campus selections and also get campus placements. The companies that are collaborating with this college are Flipkart, TCS, Amazon, Tata, etc. The percentage of getting placements is 85 to 90. I wanted to study higher studies.

Great learning

1) First you have to submit your ssc, +12, TC, marks sheets and with to the percentage eligibility. 2) Application form and fee will be in computers office which is inside the college and fee will be submit as form taken. The last submit for application form guide by the officer. After submitted all candidates has to come with all original documents for the counseling for those candidates bare eligible they will get selected for next step I. Eligibility for this course is a student should be an HSC pass. Application forms are available online we have to fill in the form and wait for the merit list to come. Application fees are very less. Reservation is there for reserved categories. I don't think improvement is needed in the admission procedure....Read More
