Course Curriculum is up to date. Opting for electrical engineering is great choice.its a field with awide range of carrier opportunities,from power system.improving an electrical engineering involves staying updated.the frequency and timings of exam along with perspective is good. Faculties are well qualified and supportive towards students and we have semester based exams for this course.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 15430 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies and roles offered under internship are tata power,optcl and so on .the company provide internship upto 15000 and so. At 8th semester the students do the minor projects by going to that place.

Placement Experience

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Companies are Tata power,optcl,vedant,adani,,intellipat, and so on. The highest and average package as company and profile offer is approximately 6 lacs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees increase policy for engineering program vary depending on the institution. The annual fee is around 15000 only. There are various scholarships like kalia scholarship,nirman scholarship and post matric scholarship , and so on in which student can apply if they are eligible

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

We specifically study about circuit analysis and electrical machines in our electrical engineering. In laboratory we study about how electrical machines work in different circuits and different connections. We also study about analog electronics circuit. We are tested in our laboratory to perform practicals. We are also given assignments and questioned well in our viva to prepare us for our future campus selections. The question paper is equally difficult to make us ready for seminars and project preparation.

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

Life of a student in government college of engineering keonjhar

You have to give jee mains and ojee examination to get admission in our college. As my rank was not upto the mark to get admission into vssut or outer but I was fortunate enough to get admission into this college. I would recommend this college if your rank is between 1.5lakh and above. This is the best college you will get in this rank in terms of placements . I've applied for vssut burla and cet bhubaneswar.but I've got in this college and this course from the starting.
