As per my interest I took this course as I want be a CA that's why I chose this course. This course helps in understanding the finance , accounts , taxation , budget etc. This college comes under Utkal University and the examination papers also were set by utkal university and question papers difficulty is at moderate level.

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As this college is a fully government college , fees structure of this college is very less and anyone can afford to get into this college . Government also provides scholarships according to some eligibilty criteria or reservation. First year admission fees for my course was 1000/- rupees and second year fees was also under 1000/- rupees so it is affordable to study in this college for every one .

Campus Life

Per year one or two functions done by this college . Library is so poor of this college , books collection is so limited in the library of this college. In this college there are no smart classrooms or don't have any computer lab in this college.

Admission

Eligibility for this course was the cut off process in the college, I got into this college in the second selection as I am a general candidate I didn't get any reservation facilities. You can find the application form through the SAMS Portal and can apply as per your chosen course in this college. This college is very strict and doesn't provide or coperate with cheating and takes very strict action regarding cheating .

My Experience at PN College: Campus Life, Cources, and Everything in Between

Placement Experience:

In our college, final-year students are eligile for campus placements. While i don't recall the specific companies that visited, one of my friends interviewed with Axis Bank and got selected with a package of around 2.4 lakh. The exact percentage of students are placed and details of average or highest packages are unclear to me, but the placements process provides opportunities of those actively seeking jobs. After completing my degree, I plan to pursue an independent career rather that seeking a traditioinal job placement.

It's a heaven !!

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course bcom because I want to be a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). I think this is the best course I can opt for. All faculty members are good, calm and friendly so that students can communicate with them frankly but still we respect our faculty members ,teachers and head of our department. Moreover, faculty members are changing each semester wise. So till now everyone's teaching methods are well and good. Our semesters are conducted twice in a year and in between that internal exams are conducted for students practice. As from my point of view none of the exams could be difficult to pass, because if you study properly you will perform well in exams , if you didn't study then you will not perform well, as simple.

In our course the ratio of facility and student is 7:250. Our faculty is well educated and completed all the qualification required to became a professor in college and also awarded from our President of india.. Teaching style, method is very much easy and clear. Every students can easily understand the overall study course. Thr term exam is conducted in 3 month and overall 2 exam is conducted in a semister..1st term exam is 20mark and it is very easy to score the mark but 2nd or final semester exam is 80mark and it is little difficult to score more marks as compared to 1st term exam..

Positive is there are many trees around the campus but the negative one is there is no proper boundary wall for the campus, anyone can jump through the wall and can get inside or go outside of the college campus.
