The things of like the most of a institution as it must give a effective education to all its students
My college is physically a very active institution, always many of our students used to go outside of the institution and play at many places.
One more thing which I like the most is the dance club of college which has helped me in furnishing my art of dance.

Course Curriculum Overview

I would definitely like to appreciate the way the course curriculum is planned as since it has been 3 years we are studying in the college and never ever i have faced problem on understanding my subject as everything is being taught at proper times.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 27430 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is is somewhat like for the first year of the bachelors we gave 42000,out of which the sum of 29000 was the tution fees and remaining for registration.which has decreased for the remaining 3 years at 27430.also we are getting the state scholarship also the placements are also very good in our college.

Campus Life

Yes there is a great environment of extra curricular activities in our college, starting from different seminars, webinars to various types of events conducted from time to time.There are various sports event minimum twice a year,the different clubs of our college like the robotics,the dance club,the singing club give a great contribution in not only keeping the innovative mind of the students active but also creates a very energetic surrounding among itself.

Admission

First of all registered myself into the OJEE platform at yeh beginning,after appearing and getting to my secured percentile.Then after which I filled up the choices regarding the course I want to study in for different colleges,like wise finally i came to government college of engineering Keonjhar

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We specifically study about circuit analysis and electrical machines in our electrical engineering. In laboratory we study about how electrical machines work in different circuits and different connections. We also study about analog electronics circuit. We are tested in our laboratory to perform practicals. We are also given assignments and questioned well in our viva to prepare us for our future campus selections. The question paper is equally difficult to make us ready for seminars and project preparation.

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

Life of a student in government college of engineering keonjhar

You have to give jee mains and ojee examination to get admission in our college. As my rank was not upto the mark to get admission into vssut or outer but I was fortunate enough to get admission into this college. I would recommend this college if your rank is between 1.5lakh and above. This is the best college you will get in this rank in terms of placements . I've applied for vssut burla and cet bhubaneswar.but I've got in this college and this course from the starting. No I didn't got rejection from other colleges Eligibility 65% in previous exam, Jee or ojee exams are accepted Jee is most preferred Cutoff of jee is 60 percentile for CSE branch .
