Yes, this is a good college. Basically, I am an electrical engineering student and this branch is good enough in this college. This college has good faculties and this college provides kind of good placement in this branch

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is considerable. It is affordable. This college gives many scholarship schemes but usually they are for sc st for which we general stidents doesn't get it. The campus employment opportunities are kind off good.

Yeah annual fest are there in this college. Branch fest also held in this college. The fest are really good one as it make us enjoy also we can get some knowledge from it. In this college we can make our mind fresh also we get studies goid things

Firstly we have to give jee main entrance exam after that according to all india rank we get seat in the college. It is all based on caste like sc st general obc etc. There is spot admission also. The lower cast student get easily admission

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We specifically study about circuit analysis and electrical machines in our electrical engineering. In laboratory we study about how electrical machines work in different circuits and different connections. We also study about analog electronics circuit. We are tested in our laboratory to perform practicals. We are also given assignments and questioned well in our viva to prepare us for our future campus selections. The question paper is equally difficult to make us ready for seminars and project preparation.

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

Life of a student in government college of engineering keonjhar

You have to give jee mains and ojee examination to get admission in our college. As my rank was not upto the mark to get admission into vssut or outer but I was fortunate enough to get admission into this college. I would recommend this college if your rank is between 1.5lakh and above. This is the best college you will get in this rank in terms of placements . I've applied for vssut burla and cet bhubaneswar.but I've got in this college and this course from the starting.
