There are many opportunities provided by the college As I am an ECE department student, we have a lot of scope as it a core branch The teachers are highly qualified. They are very friendly The frequency of exam is high helds in every 2months

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 245000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many projects being assigned to students in the last 2-3 semesters There are practice school in which , companies hire give stipend to the students along with experience There are many companies who visits college to offer jobs

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students are eligible for sitting in campus placements There are many internship and jobs are offered by different companies The average package provided is around 5-6 lakhs The percentage of students getting placed every year is 80%

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is very reasonable as compared to the other Colleges. Silicon provide quality education. And many scopes is being provided to the students. The college is being updates to University so the fees structure may vary

Campus Life

The name of the technical fest is nirmaant. The name of the cultural fest is zygon It helds in the month of feb- April. It is the best part of college. There are many clubs for co curricular activities..

Hostel Facilities

The room accomodation is for four people.the room is being provided with a bed, pillow, cupboard, fan, lights, charging points , shoe stand , table and chair The hostel fees costs around 32000 for non ac! The food is also good

The college provides many courses for btech and MCA too!! The College is autonomous The college is now being updated to University. Anyone can find the updates about the application fees, form and dates in the silicon website that is silicon.ac.in

Placements are quite good. Thats precisely why i chose this college . The highest offer last year was 52 lpa . Other than that average package is 6 to 8 lpa for cse students . Mostly all students get placed . A few companies that come for placements are Infosys, TCS , JP Morgan , Deloitte , Bookings holidays , Cognizant, Accenture .

Placement Experience:

After 3rd semester the students are eligible for internship but after 4th sem the students are eligible for Plecement. More the 95% students get the placements. Highest package is aprox Rs.4300000 and lowest is 300000. My plan is for higher studies after getting degree.

ITER SOA is quite intimidating!!

Placement Experience:

IBM, Siemens, Philips and many other companies and even the chio makers and computer makers are also one of the main share holders in placements. For CSE department the average placements are of 15-20 lakhs but for our department the average drops down to 6 lakhs per annum.
