I done my B.E mechanical engineering . In my college mechanical department is very good because all teachers are well experienced. But when I come to 2nd yr all experienced staff gone. Only a few staff's are experienced remaining are freshers
Internships Opportunities
No they can't provide internship . But if we want to do internship we need to apply personally . Once we got permission from the company . College will provide all documents required for internship
Placement Experience
Placement depends on the department . If you are in CSC or it department . You have more companies for placement most of the are core for them. But salary package is low. For mechanical and civil placement is very very less one r two companies. So when bpo sector came for interview college made all the mechanical and civil department students to attend the interview to show the placement results
College Events
Yearly symposium conducted by each department. Workshops conducted by college with tie up companies. Pongal festival celebration conducted every year. Social activities like blood camp also done Special trainings for students in robots and java and ec department core with help of HCl
Fees and Financial Aid
College provide scholarship to backward community students as per tamilnadu govt rule thus they can't collect fee from them along with it they provide some other scholarship for students thus 3500rs yearly
Campus Life
Overall not a good and a bad experience in the college and gender ratio is equal . There is so gender issue and lab faculty are really good and machinery are fully in working condition . For lab it is very good college We can also use sports equipment to play in free time after college hours Our college is good for basket ball
Hostel Facilities
Food is good and very nice . But there is non-veg for the day scholar. They provide non-veg to the hostel students weekly once . Sambar is really good in the college whole college is gives is life for that Sambar and unlimited food with curd and 3 types of gravy and side dishes
Alumni/Alumna
Still now there is no information regarding alumni meet then they is very frequent option to get in contact with old students but they are help full to know about interviews and openings outside the college
Exam Structure
Exams are conducted as like schools months exams and semester exam . When we fail in monthly exams they made us to attend special classes. If we even not improved they call our parents to the college. Coming to lab . This college is best for lab . All equipment are in working condition and good lab faculty
Admission
I just got admission through Anna University counselling conducted by Anna University in Chennai . To select college we need to apply for counselling in Anna University then they call us depends on the mark scored in 12th ( cut off) then we need to select college depends on the vacancy
