many of the award shows are audio launches are conducted here
we get to know the real time technologies and how they are used
many hackathons are conducted inside the college campus

Dislikes

college is very strict and has many rules to follow
girls and boys are not allowed to communicate with each other
students are asked to pay fine even for informed leave

i wanted to get into mechanical field since my childhood andi found this college to satisy all my requirements.we get exposure to real world technologies as our college has a finely developed alumni network.exams are conducted once for every 28 days.

Class Size: 38Course Fees: INR 167000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

i pay 180000 per year inclusive of tuition fees,transport fees and online fees.apart from these we have to pay book fess, exam fees , due amount , fine for every semester .every year there will be definite increase in the fees for atleast 10k-15k. hostel fees is about 107000rs per year.

Campus Life

mostly the college does not conduct culturals or sports fest .but there are various awareness events ,audio launches and award shows conducted here. classroom infrastructure is quite poor. most of the books are available in the library itself and you can access journals also .

Admission

the eligibility of the course is to have a decent score or pass mark in 12th board examination. student can choose counselling if they have good score , the admission process is entirely taken care by the college itself.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.
