Entrance Preview

UPTU and I opt for this college because It is suitable for me according to my rank (not remember) and the course branch which I am looking for.The course I opted was B.Tech and branch was Electronics and Telecommunication.

Internships Opportunities

At our time few companies came to our campus for internship. Few students selected and lots of are still struggling in different cities. At the time of admission to this college I was assured for 100% placement, but it was only 25-30%. I was not placed at that time.

College Events

Events celebrated in different fields like technical, management etc. Many of the students participate in the events. Annual function which should be celebrated every year in each college, but it was celebrated only one time in our course period of 4 years in the college. It was too disappointing.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was expensive as compared to the facilities given to the students. It was 78000/- annually. For hostelers hostel charges were 39000, 45000, 50000, 55000 respectively for 4 years.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, college has a scholarship scheme by Uttar Pradesh Govt. for all students whose parents has annual salary less than 1.5lac. May be the scheme has modified. Do not know about any loan facility.

Campus Life

Over all it has a good campus life for students. As i heard that after change of Director of college this time all the activities and situation of college has changed.

Alumni/Alumna

All our senior were very good and friendly with us. Ready to help us any time in any difficulty and problem. We spent a lots of good time with our seniors and junior as well.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
