Remarks

College is not good if you want to make carrier in, if you just want to complete your graduation or post graduation its fines option in meerut, no management, almost all day students fought for some reason.

There is no companies came for placement . One or two companies is came which all are fake company.

Very bad placements and job apportunities is there if you search by your own.

College Events

Sports day, annual alumini freshers party, farewell these festivals are there i college but in very small scale because no sponsership from college. All preperation is done only by students.

Fees for hostel is not more overall rating is 3 from 5.

Campus Life

Gender ratios is 70:30, campus life is good no much restrictions, good parks canteen and library is not big but good. Sports, debates competiotion occured once in a year. But students always selected by partiality.

Hostel is average, and mess food is ok.

Course structure is same as in other institute but the faculty is not good.

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
