Remarks

It is well situated in complete residential area which makes it peaceful and has a mall, many cafe and restaurants within its 3km radius.

Entrance Preview

Basically one among the top 5 porshe colleges in Mysore. Almost all of the students on my age will be probably knowing about it. There is no such exam for admission but limited seats.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is a commerce college. They offer only B.Com and BBA for the degree and commerce for PU. I've chose B.Com. Till now everything is working fine with me and I'm sure further way also will be the same as I see my super chilled seniors.

Internships Opportunities

No internships in this college. The teachers do recommend someone or the other to help out the student and maybe I don't know there might be internships in this college.

Placement Experience

I clearly have no idea about placements here since I'm a fresher. Obviously I've heard people speaking few of the biggest companies in the nation come here. Never heard of a international company though.

College Events

This college is mainly known for its events. Sapientia is the colleges annual management fest. This is one of the Mysore's best fest after the JCyana. 2 years ago Sapientia featured Farahan Akthar's live concert. The college also conducts inter and intra college commerce competitions. It also does social service events to informative trips.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee I paid is really worth it. It has got AC classrooms and basement safe parking. I think anything in between 40-45k per annum for degree is really affordable.

The college provide scholarships for the best performing students in my college.I did not avail any scholarship from my college.

Campus Life

My college conducts sports meet every year for the students. Annual day also conducted for the students and conduct many competitions like essay writing, drawing etc.

Hostel Facilities

This college doesn't provide hostel or PG facility. The canteen here is really bad.The management has to provide good hostel and food for the students.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni interaction was moderate in my college.Since the management has to provide proper instruction for the students about the alumni meet.The college has to contribute more with the students.

Exam Structure

The exams in my college are chill culture.They conduct exams for thrice a semester. The lab sessions are not boring it happen for every week.

Faculty can never be perfect as we want it to be. There are some who exceed the quality we wish for and few who are really way below the one expectations.

Placement Experience:

The college provides placements from various top notch companies like Deloitte, EY, Tanishq, Titan , Wipro and more. The Average package is 5 lakhs and most students get placed. Whoever doesn't, they choose to study further .

Placement Experience:

The placement cell in my college is okay they do get few good companies for campus recruitment and they guide us thoroughly how and when we should apply for placement they do conduct some sessions and bring people to guide us with everything. The percentage of students getting placement is 50 or 60 percentage. My plan after degree is to continue pursuing acca and then finding a job abroad

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.
