What Students Say

Likes

I LIKE THE ENVIRONMENT HERE AND THE MOST IMPORTANTLY THE HELPING NATURE OF OUR FACULTY MEMBERS.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I HAVE CHOSEN THE ELECTRICAL BRANCH IN THIS COLLEGE ..AS IN MY THOUGHT THIS BRANCH PROVIDE US ONE OF THE MOST VAST RANGE OF OPPURTUNITIES TO WORK ACROSS INDIA AND THROUHOUT THE WORLD. HERE THE TEACHERS ARE QUITE GOOD, PROBLEM SOLVING , AND MOST IMPORTANTLY UNDERSTANDING THE FEELINGS OF STUDENTS TO HELP OUT THROUGHTOUT IN THEIR STUDIES.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Placement Experience

HERE STUDENTS GET PLACEMENTS FROM THEIR 7TH SEMESTER IN BTECH. THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPANIES WHICH VISITED HERE AND PLACEF MANY STUDENTS. RECENTLY PHYSICS WALLAH VISITED AND OFFERED AND PLACED SEVERAL STUDENTS IN OUR COLLEGE.

Fees and Financial Aid

HERE THE FEES STRUCTURE IS GOOD IN ACCORDANCE TO THE STUDENTS FINANCIAL STATUS. HERE ADMISSION IS BASED ON DIFFERENT CRITERIA :- SCHOLARSHIPS ARE GIVEN ACCORDING TO THE STUDENTS PREVIOUS RECORDS AS WELL AS ON THE PRESENT FINANCIAL STATUS. HERE IF A STUDENT WANTS TO TAKE ADMISSION THEN WILL BE ABLE TO GET IT ON FULL SCHOLARSHIP BASIS ALSO.

Campus Life

4.5

THE ANNUAL FEST HERE IS VERY GOOD IN MY VIEW WHICH IS ORGANIZED EVERY YEAR WITH THE NAME RHYTH DIVINE. IN COLLEGE LIBRARY PROVIVE ALL THE SEMESTER BOOKS AT NO EXTRA COST. THERE IS SPORTS CLUB ALSO WHICH ORGANISES GAMES ON THEIR DAILY BASIS.

Admission

I GOT ADMISSION HERE WITH THE HELP OF COUNSELLING PROCESS THROUH THE JEE MAINS EXAM. MY ADMISSION HERE IS BASED ON FEE WAIVER SEAT IN MY DEPARTMENT WHICH IS ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT. AND FEES IS QUITE LOW DUE TO THE FEE WAIVER SEATS IN THIS COLLEGE.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.
