The MBA journey at IFIM College, Bangalore

The faculties at this college are very good. Every faculty is unique in his/her own way and they have a unique way of teaching. The faculty guidance is very good and they focus on each student. Each faculty is highly qualified and very well knowledged.

There was a 1 month internship opportunity provided by the college soon after the 2nd Semester exams where the student was supposed to do a one month internship and at the end of it, an external corporate evaluator was asked to evaluate the performance of the student.

The campus placements basically starts in the 3rd semested where the students can apply for their specialized domain. The percentage of students placed depends on the ability of students to crack the interview.

The fees at the college is around Rs. 4,50,000 per year for MBA. There is also a non-refundable alumni fees which every student needs to pay during the time of admission of Rs. 15000(One-Time). Also if a student opts out for hostel facilities, the fees for that would be around Rs. 81000 for 6 months.

There are various activities that are conducted on campus, including the annual fest AURA which is hosted in the month of March. Talking about the library, you'll find every book related to the course and along with it, the ERP portal consists of almost 20,000 e-books that you can refer to for any doubts you're having. The classroom is fully air conditioned with smart projectors and a cozy environment to learn in. Along with the curriculum, there are certain extra curricular activities that are been hosted in the college, like Khelmela, Desi Sports, etc. There are also club for every specialization that are run by students.

The hostel has an option of single, and double sharing and if you're opting to stay in the hostel, than you'll have to stay there for a year. The food quality is good and on certain days, there is special food provided in the hostel. The registration process of hostel can be done in the college itslef but you'll again have to fill up the form at the hostel entrance once you go there.

There was a PI round for the batch of 2022 where the admission team scheduled a PI session online. The PI round was seamless and went on without any disturbance. The faculty were very good with the interview round.
