Bsc economics is a good degree..it opens doors to the various areas and fields..the subjects covered in the degree are (complete science, economics, maths/QT/ English )it offers a good variety of subjects to study The faculties are well qualified and friendly, they always give their best to support the students in various ways and on an average the class strength remains around 40 and overall facilities deliver good teaching experience . Before semester exams MST exams are conducted (40 marks) approx before a month or two the main semester exams and it's quite easy to pass if you're attending classes frequently

Bsc economics in khalsa College costs around ?42010 per annum (fees may change slightly but not much difference will be there) its overall a pocket friendly degree with good education. Very few students choose to go for internship but if someone wants to do it assistance is given by college Also various scholarships are given for backward classes and economic weaker sections . Campus is the best part of the college . College building is a sight to watch and it motivates you everytime you come across it. Also the environment of the college is very social and cheerful and various fests, seminars and competitions are conducted frequently . The library is a beautiful place and is well equipped with all academic and other books. Also the college is famous for its bhangra and sports. One can opt in any activity . Overall a very cherish environment

Hostels are good ..they look very authentic and reminds you that you're in a very historical college. The hostel campus is integrated with different hostels (for boys) 1) nabha hostel (4 seated rooms) 2) faridkot hostel ( 2 seated rooms with single options ) 3) hargobind hostel ( 3 and single seated options) 4) old jind and new jind hostel All the rooms are equipped with a personal cupboard and fans and a table chair for per person Fees of nabha hostel is 31000 per annum Fees of faridkot hostel 41000 per annum and 45000 for single seated options and same goes for other hostels However hostel fees doesn't include mess fees which is ?2750 per month . The food is nutritious and good
