Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculam was well designed to meet the present needs and was much skill oriented teaching the practical sessions were quite higher than other colleges. The laboratories were really good and its 9 out of 10 for the infrastructure.they strictly follow the faculty student ratio of 1:10 that is one faculty for every 10 students. I should the faculties are well qualified and friendly approach in teaching. The exam is internals and external pattern. 80marks of written exam in finals and internals depends on the montly test an attendance. The question paper standard was good and we hv put continuous effort to get through the exams
Internships Opportunities
Wipro Bosch Ibm Infosys offerd posts as software engineer. The campus offered hourly based lecturing with stipend. Theinternship was also helped by thefaculty an d placement cell. The eligible students can easily get projects In good companies
Placement Experience
Wipro, ibm Bosch etc are few who cane for placements. Presently the placements are very good almost 90percents of the eligible students get placed through the placement cell. The package was from 2.5lakh to 5 lakh on an average
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is quite nominal and comes around 30000 to 35000 per semester without hostel. The scholarship given for the reserved category could be utilised by the eligible candidates. Otherwise no financial assistance Wil be given by the college. But once u complete B.E we can serve as part time asst.professor. The skill based training and soft skill training helped us a lot in campus intetviews
Campus Life
A lot of importance was given to extra curricular activities like music dance art et c. Sports persons were given special coaching by the coach. The library is quite a big one almost all the books necessary for the course and number of copies were really high
Admission
The admission process was very easy and there was no need to stand in long queue. The Application was sent online and the selection of college was also done online. The reservation benefits was given for the eligible candidates. the Eligibility of the course is 12thmark with the entrance test. The admission process was through TNEA Tamilnadu engineering admission. My 12th mark was 87percent
