Course Curriculum Overview
DCE Darbhanga stictly follows all the AICTE norms and guidelines in all the courses and in their timeline. the undergraduate course ( B.Tech ) has total duration of 4 years which is divided into 8 semesters ( months each ) and 180 cradits. there are around 15 faculty ( slightly variable as per department ) and 60 students in each department, which makes faculty stuent ration 1:4. All the facultes holds Masters and PhD dgrees in their respective courses, and they are directly recruted by AICTE which makes signifies their competence and level of education. the teaching method of each and ever faculty in losely monitered by the AICTE authorities and therefore matches the banchmarks. there are one mid term exam in the middle of every semester and one fina end sem exam in the end of every semester, the deficulty level of exams are moderate they are totally based on whatever is been tought in the class.
Placement Experience

Fees and Financial Aid
This is a Government College that's why Fees are less 120 Rupees/ year tution fee , hostel charge is 7000/ Semester and also there is 3000/ month mess charge . There is a Scholarship which is introduced by the Bihar government "post matric scholarship" . and also college can provide Student Credit card.
Campus Life
In the college Every year annual fest celebrated which is conducted by Student . Name of Fest changes according to year and Students . There is library facility and all the neccessary books are available. also there is enough classroom and enough space for extra curricular activities on compus. the following social group, clubs or website for students run by students:- 1. Innovation Club 2. NCC 3. DCE students 4. sports club
Admission
in the year 2018 i took admission in B.Tech in Darbhanga College of Engineering ( DCE Darbhanga ). DCE Darbhanga is a state sponserec engineering college, which holds rank 3 among all the engineering colleges in Bihar. On and before the year 2018 Bihar School Examination Board Patna ( BSEB Patna ) used to conduct a state level entrence exam, Bihar Combined Entrence Competitive Examination ( BCECE ) based upon whoes ranking students were alloted the colleges throughout the Bihar. Whereas from the year 2019 and onward, JEE Mains took over the BCECE and based upon the JEE Mains score, colleges were started to be alloted to the respective students.
