Remarks

Overall College is Good but and it must still improve and change its colour's to attract students. The management needs to be improved

Entrance Preview

As other students, I have prepared for jee mains and advanced exams which I scored just qualifying marks and came to know that there is university named BML MUNJAL UNIVERSITY founded by HERO GROUPS. I applied to it through my +2 campus faculty and then I got a call for an interview. I attended it and got selected. It was just a one to one interactive session with the faculty of the University. Very easy to qualify.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is little confused itself and confuses the student tooo. The first year is the same for all the streams and then branches get divided and The original drama start's. If you choose mechanical engineering or electronics you are somewhat better but if you opt for CSE or civil. You have a hard Way to go through.

Internships Opportunities

The college provides internships but stipends are according to your CGPA. The best thing happened to me from this college is that I enjoyed the work experience in an industry. Though I did my internship on my own which as an option we can choose our internship too. I had a great time there and you get a 1week internship in the first year which college takes you to different companies around the university. After 2nd year you have to undergo a 2months internship. And in your 4th year, you have a 6months internship.

Placement Experience

1.5

The placements and job opportunities are based on the CGPA of the individual. The more your score the more you get opportunities. Many companies don't know about our college so only very few companies came and selected the limited number of student's. These two were based on "CGPA".

College Events

2.5

Events are celebrated but the student's participation is nominal in the university. Many students don't even show up to have a look at the event. Basically, these type of students are fed up with the college and not interested in it. There are many events occurring in the university like fashion crave, slam poetry competition, singing, dance, sports leagues, etc etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's too expensive for a middle-class family to bear it. And they charge you for every damage happened in the hostel floor. whether it was you or not you have to pay the fine. And the recourse and repeat course fees are also too high. 2000/-for recourse which you can attempt for only once after end semester and repeat course is 12000/- to repeat the whole course for another semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided according to your JEE MAINS and advanced scores. Which you have to work very hard to maintain it for 4 years. If your Cgpa is below 7 then you lose your scholarship.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life is good. The gender ratio is OK. They have a very low percentage of girls, nearly 70 to 80 for four years of BTech batches and MBA program too. Student dorm parties are common which wardens are always searching for them. Politics are very very rare. Just now it has got a student community president. Economic status if you are habituated to non-veg then you must have big pockets bro.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostels are very good and I rate them 4 out of 5. You have many options like apartments or single rooms. Double rooms, triple rooms. Anything you wish to. Coming to mess food it's not that good not that bad. The curries are different and have variety of names which you may not have heard in your lifetime.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are always helpful to juniors actually when I was in the first year we teased some senior brothers who were very jovial. But now it has changed Junior's are Junior's and seniors are senior's. By the way there is no ragging in the campus. Which I did be a part of the fun time with them.

Exam Structure

Exams structure have been too easy to get a pass mark but beyond this, you will get the real competition. This university has a relative grading system. Labs are conducted frequently per day you have a minimum one lab session on a subject. Exams are conducted with a gap of one day in the middle of each subject.

Admission

I got the form from my +2 campus through my principal. Fill it and Just apply for it. They call you for an so called interview. Just attend it to submit your certificates. Cheers!!!!!! You cracked it. Pay the first fees as registration fees 50,000/- . Wait for the college to start. On the reopening day you have to submit all the needed certificates(original) and there will be icebreaking session between the students and the campus faculty and seniors which lasts for a week. Come to college and start your career.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of the mechanical And electrical engineering departments are good and qualified but for CSE and civil student's face problems a lot but surprisingly they only get good placements. It was shocking that the student who got the highest package is of computer science department.

Special aspects is it has coding and it is related to technology. It prepares us very good for industries and further academic pursuits. Suggested area of improvement is in c++ coding class they teach us only theory not coding. Exams happens in every 2 months.

Placements rate is obviously not 100% but we do get companies and out of 150 students only 110 actually sit in the placement cycle and out of these about 70 students do get placed in good companies. The companies that visit consist of mondelez, Adani wilmar, zomato hyper pure, haldiram, loykaa, jubilent, baker's dozen, Lt foods, etc. The highest package goes up to 15 lakhs and average package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are done in the final year. In the 7th semester, students have to go for a semester-long industrial training. Some students are offered pre-placement offers, and some sit for the placement process. The highest packages have gone upto 8 LPA-10 LPA, in quality/supply chain/management related roles. More than 10-15 companies visit, and almost all of the students get placed. I personally would like to go for higher studies.
