I literally love the campus. The environment is soo good for your studies. It's a big campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to pursue my dream job as a HR Professional in any of the reputed organisation where I could look my career enhancement. All the faculties are qualified with having and 15 years of experience. This program has 6 Trimester.

Internships Opportunities

Ileadhr, drishti I have heard these two companies only. There are many companies. For internship you can go anywhere if you want to do internship of your own choice or the institute will provide/ arrange intership for you.

Placement Experience

From 5 trimester students get eligible for campus placements. I have no idea about the companies visited & no of offers made. The students who qualify the interview will get placement. And one important thing is that the students of PGDM students should not only be academical strong but the students do some other courses as well.

Fees and Financial Aid

Being an HR Professional the fees is too much. It should be less expensive so that they can afford this college. Though I know it's a professional college still fees should be less. Because this college also provides hostel & mess facilities so it becomes too expensive including the college fee, mess & hostel.

Campus Life

So many activities are being conducted in this college. A person can improve or can master in their fields. Recently we have not done any social group activity but soon we will plan to do something as I am the member of the social group.

Hostel Facilities

The room facilities are not good. According to me it's not good. I have written application for 2-3 works to get it done but they are still pending. Meal quality of mess is also not at all good. Sometimes it's ok but sometimes it's feel like to stay alive we have to eat .

Hostel Fee: INR 43000 per year

Admission

The admission process was very simple. Firstly I have filled the admission form then they checked my score card as I have given CAT entrance exam. Then they have scheduled my interview then they have asked me for the documents.

Great experience. Decent internship and placement opportunities

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the third semester of their college companies start coming for placement since then and the placement is continued till the end of the last semester top recruiters who visit the college for placement are Asian Paints Nestle ICICI Securities ICICI Prudential Amul Trident etc highest package offered to students is 12 lakh per annum and the average package ranges between 4 lakh to 5 lakh per annum almost 80% of students get good placement opportunities by the campus mostly the companies come for marketing or sales role very few companies come for finance and HR role.

The only bad remark about the college is that decision making regarding the infrastructure of changes in college such as lab etc takes time because it is a university college.

Xavier gives good managers

First we have to appear in exams like cat, mat, xat etc. then after scoring good percentile. On the basis of percentile you have to fill application form on college official website then appear for GD/PI round. After clearing GD/PI round candidate is eligible to admission in the college. the college application fee is around 1000 rupees. We are Xavierian

Addmission process based on entrance exam like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT. You are eligible for addmission if you any entrance exam after that you have to do GD/PI round and you are selected by addmission cell for college. Application from you get from college site,also fill from offline college department and appluication fees is 1000. Student who are applicable for the reservation they can get it benefits. I got addmission without any reservation because I belongs to OBC (non-creamy layer).
