Entrance Preview

I wrote examinations like EAMCET ,AIEEE but this college Veltech hightech doesn't need any any entrance exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college Veltech highteh is affiliated by anna university and it follows the same curriculum given by the anna university. I will be getting electives only from the next year.

Internships Opportunities

My college internship is very average but we have visited to industrial visits organized by the college and workshops,inplant trainings are taken by ourself.

Placement Experience

Companies like Infosys ,ibm, wipro, amazon, solaris ,igate and some other companies e to our campus ,in each company maximum of 20 got selected.

College Events

In our college national conference takes place every year and even mini project exhibition is held and even guest lectures are also held in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college Vijaya bank is available to pay fee bills and etc,as well as loan facility is provided by Vijaya bank in our college.

Exam Structure

Exams in our college are very frequent and we feel as a hectic day because even the syllabus is not covered exams are held and we keep on writing unit tests,cycle tests, model exams throughout the semester.

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.
