KC TECH Karapakkam such a beautiful campus. The atmosphere is very good.
Placement Record for this college is very good.
The faculty and Infrastructure was good and nice.

Dislikes

Not enough number of Ground and Canteen facility.
They are not allowing for Extra curricular activities.
Hostel Facility is worst and menu should be change.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of the good teaching and good placement with the highest package of 8 LPA. Faculty are friendly with the students to understand the problem. Faculty are Teaching with Real Time examples which understand the subject easily for students. Faculty are well experienced in their subjects.

Internships Opportunities

Nokia provided Bootcamp to college students and they gave Intership too. Izeon Innovative Private Limited provided IT & HR Internships. Network Geek provided a good session on computer networking. Innovation is the Hackathon conducted in the state level. Inferno-Racing Team won the first position in the FKDC & Moto Students Competition conducted in Kumaraguru campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees are around 1 Lack (Rs.100000) for the Government Quota and 1.5 Lack (Rs.150000) for the Management Quota. But now the college become Autonomous so the Fees Structure may vary. This college is providing Merit scholarship, First Graduate, and many other scholarships too. Campus Jobs are available at your concern min. package of 2.5LPA and maxi. package of 16 LPA.

Campus Life

VIVANTA is the TECH symposium which is conducted in this college. ETHEREAL is the annual fest in this college and it is conducted in October month. Enough Books are available in the College Library. This college has a Digital Library too. Good Infrastructure of the college. Sports mainly focus on Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Handball, Kho-Kho, etc. They focus on NCC also. The COLLEGE APP is developed by the students in this college.

Admission

After scrutiny of the above documents and payment of the prescribed fees, the student will report to the Principal, with the admission letter to join the course. A pass with minimum eligibility marks in any recognized bachelor's Degree in Science with a minimum 3-year duration. The application details are given in the application cell and announced on their official website also.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.
