Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I am interested in chemistry, so I chose this college. The faculty to student ratio is good. Many faculties are very experienced and senior faculties. They are good at teaching and their subjects. All the faculties are highly educated. These semester exams are conducted once in every 6 months.

Fees and Financial Aid

The face Hike policy is applied in the college but the course is still affordable. The per year fees for BSC in biological science is approximately 5000 Indian rupees. There are many schemes like MAHADBT and EWS,etc. Currently, there are no jobs or stipends available in the college.

Campus Life

3

The annual funstion us called as CARVAN. It is conducted in February every month. The college has a small library. The classrooms are big and spacious. There are many sports and extra curricular activities happening in the college all year round. There are many social groups and clubs like NSS and green club etc.

Admission

The eligibility of the course is 12 standard. The admission form is available on the website of the college. The fees of the course is approximately 5000 for BSC in biological science. I have got reservation benefits of St category. The admission process can be improve by using a better website because the current website is very slow and laggy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

Curriculum is quite up to date and relevant considering the real world approaches as well as future academic studies. But the technologies used can be a bit more modern and in line with the current. Teaching methods could be improved too.

Placement Experience:

The Placement Cell is responsible for the placement process. It is not very streamlined. Getting a job is considered tough, usually, the student has to search for it themselves. The average package offered is about 4 Lakhs which is okayish. Usually, students go for masters in Europe which is one of the best options. About 40 people apply for placements out of 180 students and out of that about 20-30 get placed.
