Remarks

Overall my College is average but the Facilities needs to be improved. Transport and projectors has to be implemented with large numbers.

Eligibility for this college is reservation category. Only limited seats are available. The reservation percentage is for BC it is 20 percent for ST and SC caste it is 25 percent.

Course i chosen was main course in my college. B.SC program is the course i chosen. My college have many course programs with much focus on practical learning.

Internships Opportunities

College did not provide any internship to the students. They provide only in plant training at the end of final year. I am going to attend in my future.

Placement Experience

Placement in the college are average. Only few students got placed in good company. The average salary is forty thousand per month.

College Events

Career guidance program,presentation skill lectures and cultural events such as dance and music are conducted in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was medium. Fee can be paid by the mode of installments service. There is a flexible plan also in my college. The fee is fifty thousand.

Scholarships such as government scheme and college also provide special scholarships for the deserved students.

Dance and drawing competition are conducted by the student member club. The opportunities are very average and Facilities are limited only.

My college have a small ladies hostel. It has good drinking water and any time electricity is available. The hostel food are good and eatable.

Alumni meet was very common as in the other colleges. The contribution with the student interaction was helpful to us.

Exam Structure

Exams are boring culture. We have to do our exams properly or else special class are conducted for the poor performing students.

Faculty

Faculties are very intelligent and dedicated to their profession. They are very interactive with new methods of teaching.

My Regret of joining St George School of Business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Semester 4, my course included the concepts of Radioactivity which has been a fascinating topic for me, and wanting to learn that aspect pf chemistry was a reason that lead me to choose this course. the curriculum is not sufficient or up to date for current further academic pursuits. the course curriculum should include more scientific instruments commonly used in labs and the teachers could preferably be more positive with their attitude and create an atmosphere where learning is chased. where the teaching doesn't feel like they're just doing their job and finishing their hours by reading ppts off a laptop. the exams themselves are fair and well prepared. perfectly balanced to score based on how much you've learnt.

Peaceful College And Campus Life

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students get eligible for campus placement, No of companies such as Cipla, infosys,accenture, TCS, wipro, Icici bank have visited our college, provide placements and 90% students get placed in reputed companies. My plan after finishing my Bsc ,i will opting for MSc Biotechnology, then a PhD.I will become a professor.

My journey in Christ University

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 5th semester. The university also conducts placement drives and skill development workshops. Out of the various companies, some of the reputed ones include Goldman Sachs, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, De Shaw, etc. The average package is around 7 to 8 lakhs but 60% students opt out from placements for further education. I plan to study a master's degree in business economics after my undergraduate studies.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists
