I am interested to studying the computer course in that college more than 200 staff available for all departments they are teaching very well and clear practical visual explanation students understand the topics very easily. They teach very very interesting. Engineering course difficult study bcz 8 semester and each semester contains more than 5 subjects.during the exam time faculty provides collected questions for revision thus useful for exams

In 6th semester on wards students go for the placement traning. They provide excellent staffs for taking placement classes. They provide off campus and on campus also. Wipro, techmahindra, top companies came on on campus. 90 percents of the students get placed many other companies

As per government order they collected the fee. Scholarship also provided for suitable students. Campus jobs also provided. If any other students wants the fees concession they give the fees concession also

Campus Life

Vcet college infrastructure is so look to nice. Environment was so good. In library many books available class rooms also comfortable. In sports also they give importance to students. Extra curricular activities they provide technical programs, symposiyum etc. Social website students portal available to see the students activities marks and attendance details.

Admission

I found the application form in engineering counselling procedure. I collect my application form in govt engineering college. I applied engineering counselling after that I getting my counselling order we went to Anna University Guindy as per schedule I attend the counselling after that I choose velalar college.

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem onwards students are eligible to attend the placement drives. companies like Amazon , tcs , Accenture, cognizant, sonacomstar, nissiki, valeo, Cap Gemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was 41LPA by Amazon and average package was 4LPA.

Not a topper but a good learner

Placement Experience:

In my department, placement will provide in the final year. In pre final year they provide internship training to the students. Nearly 10 to 15 companies gives placement in the core sector. It's packages are 25k average. For non core like IT, minimum of 20 to 40 companies will visit to the campus for placement. It's average package will be 35 to 45k.

About the placement of colleges there are many compromise to visit to college respect of different departments and the placement start as well as internships when they student enter final year. Percentage of the student getting placement where is from department to department but maximum student gets placed at the end of the year.

A Comprehensive College Review

I got 143 cut-off marks which is quite eligible for the course I've choosen. Basic eligibility differs from college to college. In my college, students whomsoever got 120 cut-off marks were eligible for this course. No particular entrance exam was conducted for our batch. We just got admissions by filling application forms, paying application fees in the dates they provided in college office area. It was just a half-a-day process. I got admission via counselling so I don't undergone the reservation process like many of us. My College is perfect in the admission process. I can even tell a miraculaous thing happened to me. Initially I didn't get seat in CSE department because the seat was filled before I get into it. So I took IT department, I know it wasn't make a big difference in subjects. But after a week my college told one seat was left in CSE department finally due 2 sections. I got a second chance to grab cse department. So I'm very glad....Read More
