Remarks

My college hostel has so many ragging offence, The junior students are struggling in my college, The management has to take proper steps to avoid it.

I was admitted in this college through common entrance exam conducted by my college.I was selected under the merit list.There is no interview process in my college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course i chosen was B.tech in mechanical engineering.My department enhances courageous environment for producing technologists through innovative teaching learning methodologies.

Internships Opportunities

The college does not provide any internship for the students.The college provide in plant training for the interested students.The experience was good to me.

Placement Experience

The placement scenario is moderate in my college.More than fifty percent of the students got placed in my college.The Technical training programs are being conducted by Technical experts behalf of the placement cell.

Many technical symposiums and seminars are conducted for the students knowledge.Annual Day is conducted in a grand manner. The college contribute more with the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was very affordable in my college. I paid the amount of fifty thousand per year in my college.The transport fee is twenty thousand for me.

The college provide scholarships for the students under the Government schemes.I did not avail any scholarship from the college.

Sports, Drawing Singing competitions are conducted by the discipline committee for the students to explore their inner talents.

Hostel Facilities

I am not residing in the hostel.My college have separate hostel for both boys and girls.The hostels also have a recreation hall, multi-gym facility and provision for a variety of indoor games for the students.The food quality is average.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni interaction program was very useful for us.The alumni interaction network provide a proper relationship with the students.

Exam Structure

My college conducts labs for the periodic session, The exams are conducted for the internal base assessment.It was a chill culture to me.

Faculty

The faculty members are highly qualified and dignified staffs.The faculty members are pursuing their research work in the reputed universities of the nation and presenting their findings in various conferences.The standard of teaching is good.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
