Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course for my better future in the job industry. The faculty is very good, intelligent and supportive. Students' reservation is around 65-67 in class. College is very supportive towards students they provide extra Sunday classes for those students who have a job and they didn't attend regular classes. Exams are conducted through RTMNU University and exams are tough but easy to pass

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 77500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for a general student are around 77,500 and for obc it's 50%of 77500 and for sc/st no fees it's free. we just have to pay 1000 Rs for registration and exam fees are the same for all. Exams are conducted by semester by semester

Campus Life

The campus is very good. The college library is big too many books are there to read. Classrooms are also big and welly furnished. But there Is no ground for sports and all not sports activities. Students run what's a group.

Admission

The entrance exam for admission is Mht-cet. we can find it online. Students' reservation in fees but not in percentile. Every student's admission is done open category. The admission process is easy but very bad

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Throwback to RICS Mumbai

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

Remarks:

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.
