GBU overall experience

The faculty at GBU is well qualified and teach in a good way. In the 2018 batch, there were 60 students in one class so there was a good faculty-to-student ratio, and there was enough faculty available. In one semester there were two exams one is Mid-semester and another one was the end semester the difficulty of the exams totally depends upon the student's preparation and subject.

Students can do internships in the semester breaks and can find internships on their own. And final year projects are divided into two 1st is minor and another one is major students need to make a report and present PPTs to their respective faculty members.

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. There are registered to the campus placement department and they provide you the opportunity via e-mail. Companies like PWC and HCL are visiting for campus placements for CSE branch students. The average package was 3LPA. The highest package of the 2018 batch was 40LPA. in CSE IT and ECE branch there is ample opportunities but in core branches like CIVIL MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL campus placements are still improving. My plan after graduation is to get an MBA from a reputed institution.

In the 2019 batch, the tuition fee was 49500 per semester and the mess hostel fee was 30000. Then it began to rise and every year there is some fee hike seen. The scholarship is available for the EWS provided by Uttar Pradesh Government. It was the most affordable fee structure of this course one can find in the country.

The annual fest is always held in the month of October it is a 2-3 day fest including many dance performances fashion shows, dramas, concerts and many more. Coming to Library it is the largest Library in Uttar Pradesh one can find every subject-related book. Classrooms are well furnished and all are AC classrooms. Sports facilities in GBU are top-notch. There is an indoor stadium that includes two basketball courts, 4 badminton courts, and two sqaush courts. And there is Eklavya sports complex in which one can find all indoor sports ranging from shooting to table tennis and there is Gym also. Every hostel has one basketball court or one volleyball court. Cricket nets are also there and there is a good cricket stadium inside the campus.

In the hostel, there are only single-seated rooms available which are well furnished and quite a good space for living. Mess food quality is good not like other mess. The affordability of the hostel and mess facilities are good it's cost for around 65000 yr now. There is mandatory campus residence.
