Life at Govt University

I chose this ECE course because of my interest in electronics. Coming to faculty, for ECE there are 8 members of faculty including HOD. So the ratio of faculty and students is 8:60. The qualification of faculty for Junior lectures is a Master and for senior lecturers is Ph.D. As this university is not autonomous, exams will be conducted and verified by JNTU Kakinada for all 8 semesters.

Only 4-5 companies will come for the placements. But all students apply for off-campus and are then placed in good companies. Final-year students are eligible for placements. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Efftronics, and Soctronics will visit. Each company provides 10-15 offers. The highest package is 5 LPA.

If a student gets ranked under 10k in AP EAMCET, there are no tuition fees. For all other students have to pay a 10k fee per year. For semesters, the fee is 775 rupees. Andhra Pradesh students can avail scholarship of Jagan Anna Vidhya Deewana. In the final year, students can do internships and get stipends.

As it was started in around 2015, there is no campus for students up to 2024 passed out students. Tech fests will conduct by every branch in the month of December. The library is the best place in this university because it has more than 10k books. Sports activities for students are soo good. Every branch student will actively join all social groups, clubs, and in websites.

A student can join this university through AP EAMCET. For the ECE branch, the cutoff will be around 10k rank for the General category. For the OBC category, it can be even higher than that rank. For the CSE branch, the cutoff will be less than 8k rank. And for remaining branches like civil, mechanical, and electrical branches cutoff will be less than 25k rank.
