Academic wise it's good. If you are willing to focus only on the studies part.
Practical classes are very interestinng.
Teachers are pretty good and helping. Teachers seems experienced

Dislikes

They should focus on other activities as well.
It's burning hot in summers no air conditioner for students.
Less of cultural events and sports facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

I always had an interest in medicine so I choose this field. The faculties are good enough. The student and teacher ratio is 45:1 in my class. Teachers here are mbbs doctors and some have completed MDS. There are 3 internal examinations and one last university examination every year.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 253000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Here the fee for a bachelor of dental surgery is 2,53,000 per year. This may change. You can get 1 lakh rupees as a scholarship from the Madhya Pradesh government. Eligibility criteria keep changing every year so you can check accordingly.

Campus Life

No fest-like situation here because it's a medicinal professional course. The canteen facility is there but not that good bring your tiffin instead. No sports activities I've experienced. There are some Instagram pages now that are run by the students.

Admission

Students have to qualify Neet entrance examination for admission. After the declaration of results by NTA counseling process starts. OBC and some government schemes can be availed for some scholarships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college is close to my home town and fees is reasonable this two things influence me to choose this course. College prepare at its level but we have to prepare ourselves for each and every hurdle in practice and clinics. The teaching methods of college is very old and slow they should try new methods so that students also take interest in studies. Timing of exams are not fix they take exams any time , they take internals before 1 month of final exams , college not give us paper leave.

At BDS there is a yearly system of exams, but before that you have to go through internal exams [2 internal exams and 1 pre-university exam] and attendance is mandatory. One must attend all the classes to appear for an examination. Attendance must be above 75%.
