Course Curriculum Overview

As today's world is running behind computer science I have chosen it. Every class has a faculty that is 2:90 ratio. Almost everyone has done their Ph.D. and has much knowledge in their subject. Their explanation is very well. We have 4 mid-exams and 2-semester exams every year. If we are ready in time, we can easily score good marks.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 48000 per year

Placement Experience

From 3-2 semesters we are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visited our college were: ADP, QUALITEST, INNOVA SOLUTIONS, TELE PERFORMANCE, etc., The highest package is 8LPA this year and the average was 3LPA. Around 70% of students get placed every year. I plan to work in MNC for a certain period and then travel abroad for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

When I joined our college, the fee was 48,0000. Other than parents holding govt jobs, every student gets a scholarship of 35,000 which is really a good saving amount. Financially our college can be chosen by every student.

Campus Life

Our college successfully conducted 2 fests under the name of VAAGTARANG. It consisted of both technical and non-technical events. We have lot many books in the library from different publishers. Our classrooms are organized very well according to our needs. We also have PET staff for games and had huge ground in our college. We, students, run CSI(Computer Society of India) , SAC(Student Activity Center)and SWECHA(free software moment).

Admission

Admissions happen based on cutoff ranks. Everything will be provided on our college website vecw.edu.in. Everything is well concerning admissions. SC/ST candidates have reservations. And other than parents with govt. employees, and students also get fee reimbursement.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

A Strange experience faced by everyone

Placement Experience:

Students from 3-1 semister are eligible for campus placements...the offices like infosys,tech mahendra ,intel etc have visited our college and provided placements .The highest package is 8lpa and the avg package is 4-5 lpa. Percentage of students getting placements is about 60% My plans after this btech is to try for GATE or else do Mtech and then get a good job with worthy package for my skills

Remarks:
