Remarks

The college management worth much responsibility for every student in the college. Much amazing life in graduation in a amazing college.student can experience every field of work or academics in this college.

Entrance Preview

I entered through EAMCET rank and i got in cse branch which was good i wrote gate exam in which i was qualified and my friends many of them qualified in GATE and CAT in my college many of students are through EAMCET rank and some of them are through ECET.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

"It's good, the courses will be completed as planned and electives like aircraft structure, advanced MOS, vibrations, power plant engineering, production and planning control, automation in machines and project management will be really helpful in the future".

Internships Opportunities

In ou college many of them got internship in some if companies like solivar and kony and more they gave stipend 10k to 20k per month and in particular company they worked on html, java , sql , c++ some thing like this and some of students deosn't want internship they should work for mini project.

Placement Experience

4

We have a good number of IT companies coming to our college like TCS, WIPRO etc. These IT companies first come to our college for placement and then prefer other colleges like Gitam University etc. We have a good reputation among placements in Visakhapatnam. During my time only 200 students were placed in TCS which is comparatively less in number as the company itself decided to take few student in that year. Where as in 2013 and 2015, the count was above 400.

College Events

4.5

For every one or two years college will host FEST. The fest was the most prestigious for the college. There will be cultural events for college anniversary. ,There are ASCII meeting for computer students once in every month. In that students able to discuss about latest technologies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is affordable considering it is the top college in A.P. But, the fees are increasing gradually from year to year. In 2013 it used to be 86k whereas now in 2015 it is 105k. This may be hard for some students but the government is paying the fees for poor and merit people. Thus helps relieving in buttload of problems.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers scholarships for top 10% students in the academic year. The college is also eligible for full fee reimbursement for students who got EAMCET ranks below 10000 and partial reimbursement for the other students.

Campus Life

3.5

I participated in dance a lot, and our college conducts fest once in 2 years which will be the best part of engineering life. Apart from that, we celebrate teachers day every year. Fest has both technical and cultural events, technical events include Bot racing, quiz, challenges etc. Also, I have organised an event called snooker bots, where the bots need to place the blocks into the hole.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I was a day scholar so I do not have much experience on hostel life that time. But my friends used to tell that hostel food was not upto the mark as always. The hostel rooms were okay, not too good not too bad and it is 3 sharing. They used to pay 40 k an year. Standard of food needs to be increased.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors will interact closely and no ragging at our campus and alumni network is good we did not faced any problems due to seniors and they are very helping guys according to studies and events and in placements and what ever in the campus i will give 8/10 rate.

Exam Structure

Yearly 2 semesters and in each semester only 2 mid exams and one end sem exam. Exams are very less u really enjoy regarding this. Labs also similar to that for each semester 2 internal and 1 external. Nothing more than that. Semester exam pattern also very simple you have very good choice.

Faculty

3.5

The college has really a well experienced faculty, of more than 40 years like Govinda Rao Sir, Parvatisam Sir. Also we have faculty who have less experience, but the teaching quality is good. Some faculty explain in details, where as some leave to the student for self learning. Difficult concepts were explained well by the senior faculty. After all, self learning is very important for an engineering student

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.
