Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course because it gives a very good opportunity to the students in the future. The faculty-student ratio is 1:60. The faculties are well qualified and their teaching method is very good. Sessionals exams are every month.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provides the internship in the third year to the students. They also provide an internship to the students of the second year. The intensive that the second-year students get is not paid. Overall everything is good.

Placement Experience

Replacement of the college is very good the average package that SMS Lucknow provide is 4 to 5 lakh. The percentage of getting placement is 80 to 85%. HCL Wipro tech Mahindra are a few of the major recruiters of SMS Lucknow.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee of bachelor of Technology in computer science and engineering is 323000. The college provides an internal scholarship of 20000. The student can also get this scholarship from UP scholarship. The students can avail up to 55000 scholarships by the government of Uttar Pradesh.

Campus Life

Life of the SMS campus is very good. There is an annual first and tech fest after every 2 months. Different types of books and generals are available in the library for the student. There are clouds and groups such as engineers' vision and many more. Every department has its own club.

Admission

The minimum mark required for taking admission is 65% with PCM. You can find the application on the website of the School of management sciences Lucknow. There is no interior exam for taking admission in SMS Lucknow.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since curriculum was given by AKTU itself, colleges only has the power to choose elective subjects- Few subjects were my fav and helped me alot in lot's of different scenerios - like EDC,Network Theory and ofc VLSI Design was my fav. For ECE students - university shd mandate Satellite communication and VLSI Technology a compulsory as it's a kind of core subjects and in every PSU as well as govt exams , questions from this subject always been asked by authorities. More faculties staff's are required.

"Disciplined environment for serious students"

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum provide better understanding of the the concept mentioned. Also it is very helpful for competitive exams like gate. The Full course is highly recommended for mechanical engineering. The only thing is that, they are skipping some important topics which was very helpful for students.

Placement Experience:

After 7th sem for b.tech student and 5th sem for diploma student is ready for campus placement. The company is visited in my collage is Mahindra, Infosis, Tata, Maruti Suzuki , TCS ,Gallent.Their are near about 80% students are placed. After getting the degree I want to become a successful Mechanical Engineer.

Good Faculty but not so good placement

Placement Experience:

Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Adani are the top recruiters here but many other companies also visit here. The Faculty of Engineering and Technology has its own dedicated placement cell other than Central placement cell of University of Lucknow. Approximately 70% students at placed in every batch with a median package of 3.5 LPA, and Highest package of 12 LPA.
