Course Curriculum Overview
B.pharm is a better option for science students, there is no foundation whether you are from PCB or PCM boht stream students are eligible to take admission in b.pharm. There are many career options after b.pharm for ex: drug inspector, QA, QC, marketing etc. Faculties were experienced,helpful,polite. Faculties interact with students directly. All the facilities were M.pharm holders and some Ph.D. holders. They provide us with presentation classes, interactive classes by showing us animated PPTs, and interesting lectures. Every year we get 2 semesters. In every semester we gave 3 sessionals and 1 PUT internal exam in college. Those internal exams helped us to achieve good marks in external semester exams.
Placement Experience
Placements get start during 7th semester. Companies like Apollo pharmacy and Medical Scribes come every year to place students. Average package they offer was approx 3-4 lakh per annum. I heard placement is good at iimt but our batch didn't got that opportunity maybe due to lockdown
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 88000 in the first year. We can get government scholarships every year after registering on the government scholarship portal. The placement was maybe good before our batch but during our batch due to the lockdown, only a few of the students got placed.
Campus Life
Campus Life was best. They conduct fests, freshers, Pharma fest,swalakshya(best event), star nights, and many for annual fests. Out of them, swalakshya was my favorite. In the fest, they organize inter-college sports competitions.
Admission
I took direct admission as per my cbse percentage. We have to score more than 50% to take admitted for b.pharm in this college. The fee structure is available on the iimt college's website. After that, I visit the college and fill my admission form offline. The fee for the admission form was Rs. 1100.
