Likes

Faculty is helpful, individual attention is provided to students. It is away from the noise and pollution of the city. The air is fresh, and non polluted . Staff and all other workers are polite and helpful. Good Practical skills have been developed.

Dislikes

Only single bus is provided. There used to be no place to sit in first year and had to stand sometimes. Infrastructure can be improved. Fests and can be held more frequently. Washrooms are less in number and not clean. Road to college can be improved

Course Curriculum Overview

The course duration is 5 years. There are 60 students in each class and 4-5 teachers in every department. Individualized attention is provided most of the time. Teaching is through presentations and lectures. Term exams are conducted thrice a year along with practical's.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 198000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is less than other colleges. The scholarship is provided to a few students. It is collected before every term. Caution money is taken separately. The bond is filled before admission to prevent dropouts.

Campus Life

One fest was organized in five years. Sports and extracurricular activities can be improved. Social groups and clubs should be formed. The classrooms are well made. Fests and functions can be conducted more frequently.

Admission

The application process was filled out online. The process was slow and took a lot of time. College was helpful throughout the process. There was a representative from the college during the admission process. No brochure for the college was provided.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college is close to my home town and fees is reasonable this two things influence me to choose this course. College prepare at its level but we have to prepare ourselves for each and every hurdle in practice and clinics. The teaching methods of college is very old and slow they should try new methods so that students also take interest in studies. Timing of exams are not fix they take exams any time , they take internals before 1 month of final exams , college not give us paper leave.

At BDS there is a yearly system of exams, but before that you have to go through internal exams [2 internal exams and 1 pre-university exam] and attendance is mandatory. One must attend all the classes to appear for an examination. Attendance must be above 75%.
