What Students Say

Likes

Faculty is good . They help students in getting enhancement in various fields like for us it is coding.
Campus is vast and have all the facilities in it.
College infrastructure is good .well equipped classes and labs are there.

Dislikes

No encouragement for sports and games , just formalities are there.
Only hostellers get benefits of some of the fests which happens ,day scholars are sometimes prohibited .
extracurricular activities and fests are less.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I was interested in it. Faculty to student ratio is 1:60. Faculties are well qualified and have detailed knowledge about their respective subjects. Term exams are easy to qualify for if you have done the study for them.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Not many internship opportunities are available at college. There are some but they are paid like skill vertex. Otherwise, the college suggests to students about internships where they can apply by themselves.

Placement Experience

From 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Decathlon, TCS, tech Mahindra, etc. have visited. The highest package is 13 lac, and the average is 5 lac. 60% of students got placed. I wanna be a software developer after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The courses are actually expensive. Middle-class students can't afford this. There is a scholarship opportunity for students who score above 90 % on the 12th boards. Students are also getting decent job opportunities at our university.

Campus Life

Panache, it's an annual fest which is held in the month of February every year. There are some more like freshers and farewells throughout the year. Books and journals are available in the college library, students can issue and study them. Extracurricular activities and sports are also there but just for formalities. No sports encouragement is there at the university.

Admission

When I was searching for a college, I came to know that SPSU Udaipur is providing scholarships to students who got a decent percentage in their 12th boards. So I opt for the college and got admission to the BTech CSE branch here.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for placement opportunities in on campus placement. The companies like vedanta,Infosys,TCS ,ATA Steel,etc.visited my college. The highest placement in my branch in previous year is about 12.5 LPA,and the average package in my branch is 6.5 LPA .approx 70-80 percent students are placed in my branch in on campus placement.

Good college, good life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

Admission:

Through AIEEE or RPET or through management quota. One can just apply through the college portal and submit there Aieee marks. Though RPET is a preferred mode of entrance to any college in RTU. Management quota is also there for well off candidates and lesser marks

Remarks:

The college is strict about it's attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance. And taking about the studies there is a very studios environment in the college and the labs. The Students here not just focus on academics they also do some good extra activities.

For my course this is the best college available in the Udaipur. Plus point of this clg is classes timings are good. We don't have to seat too long for continues classes as we get breaks also. Admission process of my college is easy. As this is a private college, there is no cut offs or any restriction. I applied for some government colleges of Rajasthan and I also got selected in Bharatpur government clg, but it is too far so I couldn't go there.
