Course Curriculum Overview

I want to pursue my passion for cooking which is why I chose this course. Faculty are well experienced and highly qualified. All of them have a vast experience in the hotel industry. Exams are held every semester.

Class Size: 46Course Fees: INR 105000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for a degree course is 1,05,000 for 1 year. The total fee for the entire course is 3,15,000. There is an increment of 5% fees in every year. Placements are provided to students from the college itself.

Campus Life

Many activities are held in college like cake mixing ceremony, hotel day, teacher day, etc. Sports week is held for the development of students. Committees are made in college for the betterment of students in specific fields.

Admission

The admission is done through an interview process. The scholarship is provided to students on an interview basis. Many schemes are there for single parents children, widow parents, etc. Admission is done through online as well as offline processes.

Placement Experience:

The college provides 100% Placement Assistance to any desired hotel or property. It has its own 14 ventures where it can place the graduates. All ventures are 5-star properties. We are allowed to go for training in the 3rd year either 5th or 6th semester. Throughout the course, DSHM makes us eligible to qualify for interviews. We have been taken to Showgrounds of various 5-star properties like Marriot, Hilton, The Chomu Palace, etc. Approximately 3-5 lakhs p.a packages are given to the students and students pursuing their career abroad get even more high packages. Almost 100 per cent of students get the placement depending on their abilities to qualify for interviews. My plans after getting the degree are to try abroad as we get more opportunities and simply say more money is in abroad. Hospitality is the vastest and fastest-growing industry.

Placement Experience:

In the 2nd year, students are sent for internship training for approximately 4-6 months in the various reputed colleges based on their interviews in hotels. almost every student who attend for interviews gets placedin one or other company. The students of our college has the highest percentage of getting placements. The highest salary package offered is around 4.5 LPA -5LPA. Top recruiting companies are HYATT, OBEROI, JAYPEE, ITC, DOMINOS, REBEL etc. my plan after getting degree is to join a reputed hotel like oberois or taj hotel as a chef.

Remarks:

IHM Jaipur comes under the top 5 IHM's in India. Also I personally like the city Jaipur as the city have some great heritage infrastructure like Hawa Mahel, Jal Mahel etc. Talking about the college IHM Jaipur has skilled faculty and a number of successful alumni.
