When I took admission for BMS i visited college campus admission stall getting briefed about the course and as I decided to go for BMS, i visited again. On visit I was given a 2-3 page form to fill basic details, marks, passport size photo etc. For payment we had DD as an option. So, after filling the form and getting th DD ready from the bank, everything was submitted with documents like marksheets, caste certificate (if applying for quota) etc in college office.
