Course Curriculum Overview

4

I have done some digging and found ECE course is better than others after CSE so I chose ECE. The faculty for this course is very good, both in teaching and student interaction (there are some exceptions). Most of our faculty are assistant professors. They teach well but don't implement new methods or experiment with new methods to teach, they should teach creatively so that dim students can also understand properly. The term exams are taken regularly within JNTUA timings. It is relatively easier to pass than a semester exam.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placements are weak in our college this year, our seniors had it better. Students become eligible for placements in the final year and students should not have many supplies this will make them ineligible. Some companies conducted a drive in our college recently which are not big companies,(Lensys, Sutherland, mold tek.) by big I meant package size. The highest package offered is by tech Mahindra (3.5lpa) and only 3 members are selected. I am not certain that I will be placed in a company. I will join an up-skill center and look for better opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is simple you pay the same amount for four year, year-wise not semester-wise. There is no scholarships for management students or financial assistance. The fee collection department is pretty harsh you have to pay the fee on time without delay . Yeah the college needs money to run but you should consider the student situation and relax the deadlines. If you don't pay the fee they don't collect semester exam fees and I saw many of my friends not able to attempt the exam because the college refused to take the exam fee. I think the fee structure is reasonable for their respectable courses.

Campus Life

4

Our college gives many opportunities for extracurricular activities, we have many events that encourage students to participate. Due to the lock, many fests were canceled. We have sports at each event at the beginning of every year. We have a library there are many books available in it. But you have to pay the amount to use the library, it is not included in the tuition fee. As for the books in the library, they are outdated. We have many groups, clubs.

Admission

Admission into this college is pretty straightforward, if you are qualified for emcet exam you will be provided a seat in the college according to your rank and reservation by the government. If you are not qualified for fee reimbursement, you can join normally with a yearly fee, when I joined the college there was no donation fee. They will check your tenth and intermediate scores and you pay the fee and you are in. There was now an entrance test. Personally, I think they should improve the admission process, they should announce the admission dates and fees to reach more people. I think there should be an entrance test not too hard to crack but there should be one.

The curriculum played a big role in my decision to choose this course. What attracted me most was: The balance between core subjects and electives, which allowed flexibility. Inclusion of emerging technologies like Data Science, AI, and Cloud Computing in later semesters. Availability of practical labs and mini-projects that complement theoretical learning.
