Course Curriculum Overview

I'm from the ECE department I'm interested to work in the core company, especially network there is more job opportunity in this course so I have chosen this and about faculties, they are well educated and got complete knowledge about the subject they are handling they will be very friendly to every student.

Class Size: 700Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There will be a few internships which are offered by our college some of them are from IEEE they'll upgrade your skills also we have a robotics lab, an English lab in which we can learn many things. Most internships are not paid and it I'll be useful for students to learn but in the lab, I'll be paid some amount.

Placement Experience

Regarding placements, top companies will come to our college, and don't need to worry about placements they'll definitely place you. Placements start from the 6th semester ending itself and also package will be good. Some of the companies like Zoho, cognizant, TCS, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

It depends on the quota for the government quota they'll charge around 70k for the first year alone book fees are included and for the management quota, it's double like around 1lakh 45k something, the hostel charge is separate. Regarding scholarship, it is a government post-metric scholarship that will be given based on community.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is extremely peaceful and neat daily they'll clean. About books all kinds of subjects and general books are available in both department's library as well as the office library, they have the facilities for xerox and printouts. There will be freshers day at starting and also there will be farewell. Regarding sports interested people can play in the evening at also they'll take you to tournaments.

Admission

I applied via counseling so considering the cutoff and quota by anna University I have been joining this college. All the details about the application and fees have been mentioned on their website. For management quota, it's an entirely different fee structure. No exam or GD will be there at the time of joining they'll verify your documents.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Experience:

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Ncc is my favourite .I makes me discipline human being .

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
