I wanted to do MBA which was best offered by this college. The college was also selected since i was from the home state as well, so convenience was also a factor.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, my college provide internship to every student of this college. So many companies are came in my college to offer various internship program & Campus selection. These companies are Bajaj , honda, maruti , mahendra, tata moters etc.

Placement Experience

The Department has set up all the required facilities for the conduction of the recruitment process such as seminar hall for company presentations, group discussion rooms and conferencing facilities, interview and Discussion rooms.

Campus encourages and helps its students to imbibe in themselves this element of genius, by providing them best of facilities and management education. NWIMSR has always endeavored to mould its students into effective leaders who blend business practice into theory, ones who advance the evolution of strategies ideal for promoting a vibrant and throbbing business environment.

Faculty

The college's permanent faculty is mostly well qualified, with almost all faculty being either a doctorate or pursuing their PhD. Few of the faculty on contract basis are only Postgraduates. The courses are aligned with the faculty specialisations, so most of them are interested in teaching. However, number of lectures actually taken in semester are lower than the minimum requirement.

Placement Experience:

Currently I am in first year so I have not been placed as of yet but the placemnets for our seniors is on going which is the first batch of MBA HCM and hence I would not be able to reveal the cokmpanies. The few summer internship companies though were Apollo, Nanavati, BMJ etc.

First green B-School in India

Remarks:

The faculties here are very supportive and some of them are always available on campus to help the students and mentor the students to groom them. They always push the students to learn by doing; which is experiential learning. The set up the talks and sessions from industry leaders time to time to keep the students and themselves update about the changes in the corporate world and make them ready to face the challenges.
