Remarks

College is good academic wise. New auditorium block is nicely built. The college management is helpful and sometimes very unhelpful too. Campus life is very cool. Security keeps helping you due to the management. Labs are very well built. Good competitions are held. No sports ground though.

This was the best available according to my rank and college university rank. College has now improved upon its rating under the university.

Internships Opportunities

Here at institute level we have developed a strong belief that mere teaching cannot make our students capable of handling the complex problems of the fast and ever changing corporate world, which is changing every now and then at a great pace.

Placement Experience

Placements are good. Accenture,Infosys,cognizant organise pool campus. They are service companies so approx 3.25 lpa. Other core companies visit that offer upto 18 lpa. Metric steam offered 5.5 lpa. Westline shipping offered 18 lpa. Amul India, Tech Mahindra, Bharti Airtel Services Ltd., KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd., HDFC Bank, Aftek Software, Axis Bank, Persistent System Ltd., Racold, Siemens, IBN Research, Bitwise Solution, Greenland Education, Infosys, Thyssen Krupp Industries Ltd., Accenture etc came for campus placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is slightly different from that set by the university. As the college charges extra in name of college fees. You need to pay placement fee also.

Alumni/Alumna

College runs alumni group on its own. Each student is made to register compulsorily. But it's nice. Senior students are helpful and stay in contact too.

Faculty

Faculty of the college is very well experienced and motivate the students in every possible way. Faculty from 1 year experience upto 25 years experience. Mostly faculty members are from iit's.

Reality of College

Placement Experience:

Placements are Normal in my college like, Freshers get less package like 2.4 LPA but they get placed as I have listened from seniors. Like I am in first year now I dont have much knowledge about this.

Good for near by students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Talking about the courses which chhatrapati shivaji maharaj University provides are good they almost provide all the courses students have choices which course they want to choose. From my perspective all the teachers should improve their teaching method because csmu teachers don't teach students well. Exams which is held usually after one and a half month of college starting is of 1 hour duration and our semester exam duration is 3 hours and exam level is average students can score well in exams.

Highest package that company offered was 5LPA and lowest was 1LPA . 99% students got there placements from ASM IMCOST college which is a great thing . Most of the college struggle to get placement . My plans after getting the degree is simple just work and enjoy my every moment

Invest in learning through our college.

It can be a good option. I will list down the pros and cons. Pros : 1. The campus is fabulous. (Fountains everywhere) 2. Placements are pretty decent. 3. Different parts of college are connected. 4. Wi-Fi facility is quite good. 5. Cafeteria has a great vibe. 6. The annual cultural & technical events are good. Cons : 1. 60% Attendance mandatory till 2nd year. 2. Most of the time just like other colleges you need to study by yourself. 3. Sometimes the management sucks. Admission:-Getting admission through cape round is according to rules but DY is always known for its back door admission based on management quota.
