Course Curriculum Overview

This college is known for the best placement, so I opted and get admission to the campus. The faculty is very knowledgeable you can take admission if you want a good academic helper. Teachers are student-friendly. There are two mid-exams.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 70,000 per year. If you belong to the OBC SC St category you will get a scholarship from the mp govt. if you scored well in jee you will also get a tuition fee waiver seat which you have to pay only 15000 per year.

Campus Life

Gyanustav is a yearly fest organized by the campus. Where a lot of sports tech fest hackathons are organized. Cricket football badminton basketball all these sports are played. A good well-maintained library is also situated on the campus.

Admission

I got admission to this college through jee main. I scored 60%tile in jee main. If you want to take admission you have to apply for jee main first then you will get your desired branch seat after counseling.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

I join the college in 2022 batch at that time tech was in boom and college has a good placement season that why i chose BTech Cs and take the admission The ccourse is overall good , but there are no internship opportunities in your third year of college so they need to improve on it. They frequently condut exam , after every one and a half months
